A Spanish capital market aimed at SMEs whose objective is to facilitate easy and efficient access to the stock market and achieve their entry into listing to expand. It is a platform designed for small companies with expansion projects to benefit from the advantages of the market: financing, visibility, liquidity, valuation, etc. The costs and regulation of the MAB are adapted to the particular characteristics of these companies. It is directed and managed by Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME) and supervised by the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
